Notice to the media

The Public Health Agency of Canada has posted today’s updated national case numbers of H1N1 flu virus infections in Canada, as reported by the provincial and territorial health authorities.

These numbers are available on the Public Health Agency of Canada website at: http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/alert-alerte/swine-porcine/surveillance-eng.php

Public health authorities are continually assessing the public health response to the outbreak of H1N1 flu virus.

Please note that the Public Health Agency of Canada is currently reporting updated case numbers three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
